CAL FOAM Inc. was founded by brothers Derek and Dennis, who grew up in the spray foam industry. Their father, Rusty Schrader, has worked in spray polyurethane foam since 1997 and built his reputation in California’s Central Valley on one principle: the foam either goes on right, or it doesn’t go on at all.
Rusty didn’t just teach his sons how to run a spray gun. He taught them surface prep, temperature control, pass discipline, and the patience to treat the last square foot of a job exactly like the first. That training has now been proven on the industry’s biggest stage — three times.
